Chloe Benson wakes up kidnapped and bound in an underground tomb with no memory of how she got there.
She escapes through deserted woods with her life, but no one believes her story.
And when she suspects her husband is lying to her, Chloe is forced to retrace her past, following in her own footsteps to find the truth and stay alive.
But who is following Chloe?
Look Behind You. You never know who’s out there.
It starts out with a bang and you then get right into the book, not wanting to even put it down, this is one of those books that will make you forget work, family, etc. Also as it is not a long novel you will probably finish it in one or two sittings.
This is the only book I have read from this author so far, I will be looking out for more soon if she writes more of this genre.
The book is written in the first person, from Chloe´s point of view. This is a nonstop who can you trust book, I thought I had it right at one point but then again, no, I was wrong.
Not sure why so many are comparing to Gone Girl, I didn´t see much resemblance personally.
This is a top notch book, but there are parts that aren´t exactly new in the psychological thriller genre. I can recommend this to all who enjoy a good thriller.
