My Review

As the title says a unputdownable gritty thriller, I can agree with the gritty, not so much with the unputdownable, although the book is very good, dark with plenty of crime and it starts out really well, fast paced. There are plenty of characters in the novel which I found irritating a little until I got used to it. Most of them are part of gang and or mafia of some sort or another. I did feel sorry for one of the main characters Bryn, he seemed to get the raw end of the deal over and over again. There are different story lines going one which I found a little frustrating at first until I figured things out. This is the first book I have read written by this author and this novel is a standalone.
I was offered the audio book for an honest review .
